• The Board of Supervisors approved a fee increase for most applications for Land Development Services and the Department of Planning and Development that takes effect on July 1, 2026.
• The changes reflect the impact of inflation, rising personnel costs and the overall increase in the cost of providing county services. All fee changes will apply only to applications submitted on or after July 1.
• Applications filed before July 1 will be subject to the fees that were in place at the time of filing.
