Adoption fees support the care and well-being of all animals at our shelter.
Dogs, cats and rabbits adopted from Fairfax County Animal Shelter are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines before going home.
Bonded pairs - meaning two pets who are inseparable and for their benefit need to be adopted together into the same home - can be adopted for just one adoption fee of their species/age category! Bonded pairs can come in a variety of same-species pairs, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, bird, rats, and more.
