The Board of Supervisors meets electronically (due to the State of Emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic) at 1:00 p.m. on April 14, 2020
Following the release of the FY 2021 Updated Budget Proposal In Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic on April 7, 2020, the Budget Public Hearings, related to the FY 2021 Budget, FY 2020 Third Quarter Review, and FY 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Program, originally scheduled for April 14 (starting at 4:00 p.m.), April 15 (starting at 3:00 p.m.), and April 16 (starting at 3:00 p.m.) were moved to April 28 (starting at 4:00 p.m.), April 29 (starting at 3:00 p.m.), and April 30 (starting at 3:00 p.m.). The April 28-30 Budget Public Hearings will also be held electronically.
All other public hearings, see Board Package under “Meeting Materials” below for most recent agenda and any notes on deferrals, will be moving forward on April 14, electronically. This means that no in-person testimony will be heard, but there are several ways that you can testify:

If you previously signed up for the Budget Public Hearings that were to be held on April 14, 15, and 16, the Department of Clerk Services will be in contact with you shortly. To sign up for testimony on April 28, 29, or 30, please use any of the three methods above. In addition, written testimony related to the Budget can also be submitted using the new online form option.
