The Claims Management Program oversees the County’s Workers' Compensation claim activities by providing the necessary coordination between the claims service company and various County agencies. The program also internally administers other self-insured claims such as third party automobile, general liability, public officials and police professional liabilities, real property, and vehicle collision and comprehensive claims.
