Live Healthy Awards

The Live Healthy Fairfax Awards launched in November 2021 to recognize individuals, businesses, and organizations – both public and private – that have demonstrated exemplary supportive leadership and action to improve the health and well-being of individuals, families, and populations in the Fairfax Community.  

The Live Healthy Fairfax Award is aligned with the Partnership’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and is intended to recognize those who go “above and beyond” in three areas: Behavioral Health, Healthy Eating, Healthy Environment and Active Living.
