Fairfax County Celebrates Grand Opening of Residences at North Hill

The county and partners celebrated the grand opening of the Residences at North Hill on June 14, 2023.

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, members of the Board of Supervisors, Pennrose, Community Housing Partners and more celebrated the grand opening of the Residences at North Hill on June 14. 

This new community includes 279 affordable homes, a 12+ acre public park and a host of on-site amenities. The Residences at North Hill is viewed as an important development, serving as a key contribution to Fairfax County’s long-term vision for the Mount Vernon District and for the Richmond Highway Corridor.
