Join us at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter – Lorton Campus for a fun-filled day of kittens, crafts and community! Whether you're here to cuddle kittens, get creative at our craft stations or simply learn how to support shelter pets, there's something for everyone at this springtime celebration!

At this event, there will be:

•  A Kitten Snuggle Zone
• Kitten-themed Crafts (like cat face masks and thank-you notes for fosters)
• Light Refreshments (provided by Friends of Fairfax County Animal Shelter)
• “Stuff the Van” Donation Drive for Foster Supplies
• Fostering Info Station
• Information about Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter
• Special appearances by CAT-FRIENDLY ADOPTABLE DOGS! (These dogs have previously lived successfully with cats, but every cat-dog relationship is unique. We recommend slow, supervised introductions to ensure a happy match.)

No need to sign up—stop by anytime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.! Bring the whole family, and if you’d like to help support our foster program, we’ll collect much-needed supplies to stuff our van!
