Vaccine and Microchip Clinics

Does your pet need a rabies or distemper vaccination, and/or a microchip? The Fairfax County Animal Shelter hosts clinics at our shelter! Check out our upcoming schedule of low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics.


Pet Pantry

If you're a Fairfax County resident facing hardship and are in need of pet food or other supplies to help care for your pet(s), please call or email us! Our shelter has a supply of food (canned and/or dry) and often has other supplies (crates, carriers, leashes, collars, etc.) available as well. Call 703-830-1100 or email PetResourceCenter@fairfaxcounty.gov to arrange a time for pick up at our Michael R. Frey Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax, VA 22030).
