CA Descano Announces Indictments in Case of Intoxicated School Bus Driver
Fairfax Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced that yesterday a grand jury indicted Troy Reynolds, 48, for charges related to driving a school bus full of kindergartners while intoxicated.
