Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced today that Edward Pottmyer, 60, of Chantilly, was sentenced to 20 years of total incarceration, 10 years suspended, for sexual assaulting a jogger on a bike path in the Fair Lakes area on September 9, 1998.
