The Fairfax Food Council (FFC) and Faith Communities in Action (FCIA) hosted the Fairfax Food Equity Summit on May 22, 2019. This summit brought community members and organizations together to examine Fairfax County's food system through an equity lens. This opportunity was one of many that will examine the challenges and factors creating barriers to food access and identify collective solutions that will lead to a more equitable food system.
