Print and fill out the form, then follow the instructions for sending it to our office to get your reservation confirmed.
The Helen G. Wilson community room, located in the Franconia Governmental Center, is available for use by the Lee District community at no cost. To reserve the room, please contact Supervisor Lusk’s office at 703-971-6262 or LeeDist@fairfaxcounty.gov.
Guidelines for room reservation and use:
All events held must be open to the public and free of charge.
The community room is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The space is equipped with tables, chairs, and a white board.
Chairs and tables are provided for your convenience. If you remove them from the room, please return them following your event.
Please be mindful of other meetings taking place in this building and keep your group’s noise to a respectful level.
There is no cleaning service provided for the community room. As there are often multiple events taking place on the same day in the community room, please ensure your group cleans up after your event and leaves the room in the condition it was in at your arrival.
All trash must be removed from the room and left neatly in a closed bag outside the door so that the station janitor can pick it up. Please replace the trash bags you remove with new bags from the rolls provided in each trash receptible for the next group using the room.
Before leaving, please ensure that lights are turned off and all signage has been removed.
