Green Spring Gardens has four facilities available to rent -- a library, a multipurpose room, and two gazebos.
Reserve a Space
- Available for meetings, receptions, and memorial services based on availability
- COST: $180 for two hours, $90 for every hour after
- Tables and chairs are furnished at no additional cost and can be arranged in a classroom, party or auditorium-style setup.
- The room holds up to 100 in a theater setting.

- The gazebos are nestled among beautiful gardens.
- COST: $200 for four hours
The White Gazebo is appropriate for small weddings/receptions. Maximum capacity is 40.
The Pond Gazebo is appropriate for small intimate weddings. Maximum capacity is 25.
In case of emergencies, snow, or other unusual circumstances, the FCPA may close the park if it is deemed necessary to protect parkland, facilities or the public. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice of any such cancellation, and all fees will be refunded in full. If the renter cancels the rental agreement more than 14 calendar days prior to the rental date, all fees will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. If cancellation is less than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date, the security deposit(s) and a $25 processing fee will be forfeited. If the renter fails to appear for a scheduled day, all rental fees will be forfeited.
