It's Spring Fever at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter, and our shelter pets want to get adopted in time to help their new families with spring cleaning and go on springtime hikes! To help achieve that goal, every weekend in April adoption fees are waived for all pets six years and up.
The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 12 noon to 7pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 5pm. The Spring Fever Adoption Event - fee-waived adoptions for all pets six years and up - is effective on Saturdays and Sundays only. The shelter is closed on Sunday April 21.
