Continuing Education for Adultswoman looking at an adoptable kitten

Are you a community center, organization or county agency looking to host an expert in animal welfare, behavior and care? Our specialist can cover a range of topics including sheltering, adoption, pet care and animal behavior or customize a session to meet your specific needs. Here is a list of topics we can present on:

Guided Tours for Adult Groups

We welcome adult groups to contact us for guided tours of our shelter campuses. Whether you are part of a club, community group, business or any other organization, our staff will be happy to show you around, give you a behind-the-scenes glimpse of our operations and explain more about our programs and services.

Tours are 60 minutes long and take place at our Michael R. Frey Campus in Fairfax or Lorton Campus in Lorton. For information or to book a tour, email dascommunications@fairfaxcounty.gov.
