Olivia LoBalbo
Founder & President, Animal Education and Rescue Organization (A.E.R.O.)

In 2013, Olivia founded the nonprofit A.E.R.O. to rescue, rehabilitate, and release native Virginia wildlife in need. Her vision was fueled by a lifelong passion for wildlife, supported by years of practical learning in veterinary clinics, nonprofit work, and operations.

Under her leadership, A.E.R.O. became a licensed and highly specialized wildlife rescue facility, uniquely capable of training apprentices and delivering exceptional, individualized care. With a dedicated team and Olivia’s hands-on involvement, the organization has grown into a trusted force in Northern Virginia’s wildlife community—and directly helps care for approximately 1,000 animals every year
