With the opening of Metrorail’s Silver Line Extension on Nov. 15, 2022, Fairfax County commuters are going to have more options to get to work, school, Dulles International Airport, and entertainment options around the Washington metro area. While incorporating connections to the new Silver Line Stations, Fairfax Connector will offer new, convenient bus routes to help transit users get to their destinations as conveniently and timely as possible. The new routes are based on transit planning and analysis, extensive community outreach and feedback from riders to ensure commuters’ needs are being met.
