Mason District Land Use, Development and Environment

Land use in Fairfax County is guided by the Comprehensive Plan. In Mason District, we're taking exciting steps to attract quality development to our older areas. Local community volunteers and organizations are leading the way. There are two designated revitalization areas in Mason District: Annandale and Bailey’s Crossroads/Seven Corners. 

 

The Land Use Advisory Committee

This committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month (except December and August) at 7:30 p.m. Meetings/agendas subject to change. (Please note that agendas are only posted for months when the  Land Use Advisory Committee plans to meet. Cancellations will be noted as such and rescheduled.
