As part of our commitment to the residents of Mason District, our office provides Notary Services to residents. Notary Services are available in the Office of the Mason District Supervisor at the Mason Government Center Monday through Friday 9am to 4:30pm (excepting weekends, holidays, and closures). The Mason District Governmental Center is located at 6507 Columbia Pike in Annandale, VA. 

Here are a few additional details regarding our services: 

• This service is free.
• All signers and witnesses are required to show a valid ID (per the rules published in the Commonwealth of Virginia Notary Handbook.)
• If your document requires witnesses, we ask that you provide those by having them with you.
• Our staff is unable to certify documents. Please inquire about actions beyond taking acknowledgements (signature verification)
• Staff are unable to provide legal or document interpretation beyond signature verification.
• As staff who provide Notary services have other duties, we recommend contacting us for an appointment in advance via email or phone.
