Pay Advice forms are mailed 3 times each year, specifically at the end of:

1. January
2. July
3. December

Pressure-sealed Direct Deposit Pay Advice will look like this when they arrive in your mail.

These vary by individual and not all Income and Deductions will display on each member’s pay advice.
