Step into spring with the 2025 Fairfax County Walk & Win Challenge, April 2–30! The challenge kicks off on National Walking Day (April 2) – simply walk a designated loop and join the fun!
Participants can enter their walking activity online or via social media for a chance to win weekly prizes, including gift cards from area retailers and merchants. Log your walks by sharing a photo or a screenshot of your route from your walking app. Submissions can be made by either scanning the QR code on the route and entering online or sharing a photo from your walk on social media with #WalkWinFX. The more you walk and enter, the more chances you have to win!
Fairfax County Supervisory Districts will also compete for the most participation, with the number of participants and number of walking loops tracked throughout April. Bragging rights are on the line, so lace up your sneakers and take the challenge – every step counts!

Starting April 2, you will be able to submit your walk photo electronically here or post on Facebook to be entered to win prizes.
Win Prizes
Weekly winners will be randomly drawn from eligible participants on the following dates: April 6, April 13, April 20, April 27 and April 30 - with a special drawing on kickoff day, April 2. Walk as many loops as you want during a week, the more you walk and enter, the more chances you'll have to win! The drawing for prizes will reset after each week concludes in April.
