Local residents, bike commuters and stakeholders are invited to weigh in on the future of Columbia Pike and help improve biking and walking conditions along the corridor. The Fairfax County Department of Transportation Bike Fairfax program has reviewed and analyzed existing bicycle and pedestrian conditions along the 4.5-mile study area that stretches from Annandale to Bailey's Crossroads. The team is seeking public input to develop commendations for improvements. In addition to providing feedback at the events on April 7, individuals can submit suggestions online via the study webpage through Friday, April 20.
