The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) will hold a public meeting on the Bush Hill Drive sidewalk project on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the Bush Hill Elementary School cafeteria, 5927 Westchester Street, Alexandria, VA 22310.

This project will construct a 6-foot-wide sidewalk 850' in length along the west side of Bush Hill Drive from Ninian Ave to Larno Drive. Additionally, curb and gutter with associated storm drainage and ADA compliant curb ramps will be installed. 

This will provide a safe walkable route to Bush Hill Elementary School and the overall community at large.
