Carryover is the re-appropriation in the current fiscal year (FY 2025) of previously approved items in the previous fiscal year (FY 2024) such as outstanding encumbered obligations, unencumbered commitments and unexpended capital project and grant balances.  The Board of Supervisors approved the FY 2024 Carryover package on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
