CA Descano announced that Brian George Sayrs Jr., 28, was sentenced to 25 years of active incarceration for murdering and concealing the body of his landlord, Emily Lu, 72. His total sentence is 40 years, with 17 years suspended, for the murder charge; and two years for concealing a dead body.
