The Fairfax-Falls Church Continuum of Care seeks public input on the draft of its strategic plan, “The Way Home Fairfax.”

The plan describes how the Fairfax-Falls Church Continuum of Care will work to prevent and end homelessness from 2026 to 2031 across Fairfax County, the Cities of Fairfax and Falls Church, and the Towns of Clifton, Herndon, and Vienna.

The Way Home Fairfax is available for review online. It focuses on four goals:  

1. Helping people who are homeless now find stable housing faster
2. Preventing homelessness before it happens
3. Improving support for people who have experienced homelessness the longest
4. Building public understanding and support for solutions that work.

Input can be provided via an online survey through Friday, September 18, 2026.
