The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority has released its Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Report, highlighting many significant milestone achievements amid one of the most challenging years in our lifetime.

“The COVID-19 Pandemic has affected us all in so many ways, but the hardest hit among our neighbors are those who have the greatest need for assistive services in obtaining safe, decent and affordable housing for them and their families,” said Tom Fleetwood, Director of the Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development. “Throughout the year, our resilient staff have worked to reinvent ourselves with new processes, protocols and procedures to ensure that we can continue to serve the needs of our most vulnerable neighbors and advance opportunities for more affordable housing in an expeditious, efficient and safe manner.”
