What is PBRA?

The program assists very-low income households obtaining housing in Fairfax County. Eligible households earn roughly 30 percent of the area median income or below (see income limitations below). Tenants in the program pay 30 percent of their adjusted income for rent and the rest is subsidized by HUD.
The Murraygate Village Apartments are newly renovated and are among the nearly 4,000 units of housing which are owned and operated by the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) for the purpose of providing housing options to low-income households.
