The Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) invites public comment on a Request for Release of Funds and Finding of No Significant Impact for Agape Chantilly House.  Comments will be accepted through close of business on Friday, August 21, 2026.  Click here for more information. Agape Chantilly House is an affordable housing project located in Chantilly, Virginia, to include 101 units of affordable senior housing along with an adult daycare facility.

HCD has determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Following the close of public comments, Fairfax County intends to authorize the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority to submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of funds to support the development.
