Please click HERE for information on the payment standards effective December 1, 2023.  In order for the unit to be approved at these amounts, the unit must pass “rent reasonable” criteria established by HUD.  HCV Payment Standards do not apply to the Emergency Housing Voucher Program. 

Vouchers issued on or after September 1, 2017 will assign 1 bedroom for the head of household and/or spouse or cohabitant. Additional household members will be assigned 1 bedroom for every two persons in the home, regardless of age, relationship, or gender.
