Throughout the year, and particularly during Fairfax County's budget cycle, the Human Services Council (HSC) holds discussions about the potential impact of budget decisions to the Health and Human Services (HHS) System with the community and key stakeholders. These discussions help to develop an annual recommendations letter and presentation to the Board of Supervisors.
