* Families may be eligible for deductions that could reduce the fees for SACC services. To determine if your family is eligible for reduced fees, please complete and submit the Sliding Fee Application (located under forms on the SACC Registration page) as well as any additional financial information forms that may apply and provide any required supporting documentation to SACC Registration. SACC services will be assessed at full fee until all necessary financial paperwork has been received and reviewed.

A 5% discount is applied when the same child is enrolled in both before and after school services.

Fee Adjustments or Refunds: Fee adjustments or refunds will not be given for SACC closings due to snow, weather, energy problems, emergency school closings, unanticipated calendar changes, non-attendance, early pick-ups or cancelled field trips. 

Late Pick-Up Fees: A family’s account will be charged a late pick-up fee whenever a child is picked up late. SACC reserves the right to cancel service due to habitual or excessive lateness. 

Cancellation of Services, Advance Notice: A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is required to cancel service and to avoid being responsible for payment. Families will continue to be billed and are responsible for payment unless service is cancelled in advance. Cancellations may be made by calling 703-449-8989 or by emailing SACC Registration at ncssaccregistration@fairfaxcounty.gov. Please include your name, account number, your child’s name, center name, service(s) to be cancelled, and your child’s last date of attendance. Cancellations may also be made through your online account. 

Please note: School year enrollment cancellations effective on or prior to the 15^th of the month will be billed for a half-month of service. Current enrollment cancellations effective after the 15^th of the month will be billed for a full month of service. No refunds or credits will be issued for services not cancelled in advance, even if your child does not attend.
