Magnolia Lane Capacity Improvements Project - Selected Design Firm

  • Scope: Fairfax County DPWES, Wastewater Design and Construction Division, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms for the Magnolia Lane Capacity Improvements Project (WW-000034-008), which includes planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase support for upsizing approximately 3,492 linear feet of existing 8-inch and 10-inch gravity sewer to new 12-inch and 16-inch pipes.
  • Wallace Montgomery was selected for the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services’ Magnolia Lane Capacity Improvements project on Friday, April 17, 2026.
