Crestview Drive Walkway

Community Meeting Held May 7, 2025

FCDOT held a community meeting to discuss the design of the Crestview Drive Walkway project on May 7, 2025, at Clearview Elementary School, 12635 Builders Road, Herndon. The meeting began with an Open House at 6 p.m., a presentation and meeting at 7 p.m., and a Question and Answer session. To submit feedback, visit the online survey or leave a recorded voice mail at 703-890-5898, Project Code 11399. The comment period will close after May 21, 2025.


Project Background

Crestview Drive Current Conditions ImageFCDOT is working to complete missing walkway segments on Crestview Drive between Ferris Avenue and Builders Road.

In addition to connecting the walkway, the project includes new curb and gutter on the western side of Crestview Drive, crosswalks and pedestrian signals, an 8' wide pedestrian refuge island and ADA ramps.
