Expedited Processing for SE 2015-BR-011, 5210 Dunleigh Drive
Madame Chairman:
On April 1st, 2015, Jaye S. Bawa submitted a Special Exception application for a waiver of the Minimum Lot Width Requirements in order to subdivide a 1.71 acre R-2 lot with an existing single-family detached house into three lots for the development of two additional single-family detached houses on Tax Map 69-4 ((14)) 45.
The applicant has worked diligently with staff to address all outstanding comments and a Planning Commission Public Hearing is now being scheduled for September.
Motion:
Therefore, Madame Chairman, in an effort to allow this application to reach a decision as expeditiously as possible, I move that the Board of Supervisors direct staff to expedite the processing of this application and schedule a public hearing for the Board of Supervisors on October 6, 2015 at 3:30 p.m.
This motion should not be construed as a favorable recommendation by the Board of Supervisors on the proposed application and does not relieve the Applicant from compliance with the provisions of all applicable ordinances, regulations, or adopted standards in any way.
