Our office offers free notary services to the community. Please review the information below before visiting.
Hours of Operation
- Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Closed on all county holidays.
Availability
- A notary is generally available during business hours; however, availability cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
- We recommend calling ahead to confirm a notary is available before making a trip to the office.
Office Closures
- If our office closes early (for example, due to a severe storm), notary services will also be unavailable for the remainder of that day.
- Any early closures will be announced through our newsletter — please check for alerts before visiting.
Cost
Notary services are provided free of charge.
Appointments
- Notarizing more than four documents requires an appointment.
- For four or fewer documents, walk-ins are welcome, though calling ahead is still recommended.

Call our office to confirm notary availability, especially if:
- You have more than four documents to notarize.
- Weather or other circumstances may affect office hours.
- You want to be certain a notary will be on-site at the time of your visit.
