The Mount Vernon Memorial Highway Trail is complete, connecting Richmond Highway to Mount Vernon Estate and the GW Parkway. As part of a $100 million commitment by the Board of Supervisors towards pedestrian and infrastructure improvement projects over the next six years, this project also completes the NOVA LOOP trail, and connects the East Coast Greenway to Mount Vernon Estate.
