16AF: Willard Jasper Conference Room

The Fairfax County Library held a "Naming Ceremony" for the Willard Jasper Conference Room in honor of the former board member of the Fairfax County Public Library Board of Trustees.  Mr. Jasper was first appointed in March 2004 and represented the Lee District for 16 years.
