The new Lake Anne House features 240 units for low-income seniors, and 54 of the units are fully handicap accessible.  The EnergyStar certified building features a combination of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, along with many amenities including a fitness center, social hall, and wellness clinic.  This was made possible through the cooperation of many organizations and county agencies working together to address the need for housing for our senior population.
