Mature Living: Community Groups and Virtual Connections

Since the onset of COVID-19, individuals and businesses have embraced virtual technologies in order to stay connected, and this practice extends to community groups.  Representatives from the Mount Vernon Genealogical Society, the Osher Lifelong Learning Center, Insight Memory Care Center, and NV Rides/Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia explain how their groups have adapted to new ways of engaging those they serve.  Discussion includes how these groups transitioned to these new technologies, and the fact that seniors have adapted well to this "new normal."
