Today, The Hill published an op-ed that I wrote with the US Public Interest Research Group urging the federal government to more effectively coordinate and communicate about its medical supply chain. In these unprecedented times, the federal government needs to make sure states and local governments are working together, not competing against one another. Read the piece here.

 

Also, Fairfax County successfully applied for funding allocated by the CARES Act. Although it will not solve all of our funding needs, it's an important start.
