Amir Abu-El-Hawa

Amir serves as chief of staff and covers taxes and budget, economic issues, legislative topics, public safety, elections, and health and human services.

Natalie Nguyen-Woodruff

Natalie serves as Deputy Chief of Staff, where she oversees day-to-day office operations and works closely with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. In addition to her operational responsibilities, Natalie leads the office’s community engagement efforts—building and sustaining long-standing partnerships and coordinating special recognitions, events, and initiatives with local organizations and residents.

Her policy portfolio includes consumer affairs, environmental and veterans’ issues, and serving as a liaison to schools. She also provides support in key areas such as human services, economic development, and equity. Natalie brings a strong commitment to responsive service and inclusive community collaboration to her role every day.

Frances Best

Frances serves as communications director responsible for social media, newsletter production, media coordination, speeches, and news releases.
