On October 1, the Korean Community Service Center of Greater Washington hosted a health fair at the Open Door Presbyterian Church in Herndon. At the event, the Health Department provided flu shots and COVID-19 vaccinations. Despite it being a cold, rainy day, attendance was high and 83 people received their COVID-19 and/or flu vaccines. 

Thanks to collaboration with the Korean Community Service Center and Open Door Presbyterian Church, public health was able to meet people where they are and bring vaccines to the community.
