Homeownership Orientation

Whether you are participating in the First-Time Homebuyers Program or the Workforce Dwelling Unit Homebuyer Program, the first step in those programs is to complete an orientation session. These sessions provide a complete overview of the program and application process along with information pertaining to required documentation.

Each of our programs have a unique orientation requirement. For details on this requirement, simply select your program below and see STEP 1 in the "Application and Selection Process" section.

First-Time Homebuyer Program

Affordably priced new and resale homes are available to First-Time Homebuyers earning up to 70 percent of the Area Median Income. 

Minimum household income of $25,000 is required.

Homes in this program are priced from $95,000 to the low $200,000s.

Workforce Dwelling Unit Homebuyer Program

Affordably priced new and resale homes are available to qualified homebuyers earning between 70 and 120 percent of the Area Median Income.

Current home prices range from 200,000 to the high $400,000s.
