Scope - Project will construct a new shared use path along the east side of South Van Dorn Street, from south of Oakwood Road to the Capital Beltway (I-95/495) overpass and includes realignment of the existing I-95/495 on-ramp and right turn lane at Oakwood Road to provide a signalized pedestrian crossing. The scope of work also includes, but is not limited to approximately 1900 LF, 10 ft wide asphalt rail, concrete sidewalk, concrete bus stop pads, curb and combination curb and gutter, curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, storm drains, storm drain structures, signal works at the intersection of Oakwood Road and South Van Dorn Street, signage works, milling, paving, pavement marking and other associated works.
