The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) will present the long-term vision and recommendations for Gallows Road at two in-person public meetings, July 15 and 17, 2025, focusing of different segments of the corridor:
Meeting 1 - NORTH and MIDDLE SEGMENTS (Between Route 7 and I-495)
- Tuesday, July 15, 2025, 6 p.m.
Kilmer Middle School Cafeteria, 8100 Wolftrap Road, Vienna.
Meeting 2 - SOUTH SEGMENT (Between I-495 and Columbia Pike)
- Thursday, July 17, 2025, 6 p.m.
Woodburn Elementary School Cafeteria, 3401 Hemlock Drive, Falls Church
Since the last public meetings held in November 2024, FCDOT has assembled the preferred recommendations based on technical analysis, along with stakeholder and public feedback, to identify transportation improvements for all users including pedestrian, bicycle and transit facilities. The in-person public meetings will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the proposed recommendations.
