The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) and Dranesville Supervisor John Foust invite the public to attend one of two community meetings to discuss project improvements for the Balls Hill Road and Old Dominion Drive Intersection, and to offer feedback and comments. The project currently is at 30 percent of its preliminary design phase.
The first meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, June 22, at 7 p.m.

The second meeting will be held at Churchill Elementary School, 7100 Churchill Road, McLean, on Thursday, June 30, at 6:30 p.m. After an open house, the meeting presentation will begin at 7 p.m., with a question and answer period to follow.
The proposed improvements will realign the Balls Hill Road and Old Dominion Drive intersection and provide improved traffic signal operations. The project includes roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, and the addition of bike and pedestrian facilities to provide connectivity through the project site.
