FCDOT held a virtual community meeting on May 11, 2022, on the Dolley Madison Corridor Study to share community feedback on improvement concepts and survey results from the previous community meeting, new alternatives and additional volume consideration as a result of COVID 19, study findings and recommendations. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback at the meeting.
To help focus feedback related to the Dolley Madison Corridor Study, FCDOT has released a brief survey on June 24 that included scenarios from the 2019 and 2022 community meetings. Surveys and comments closed July 8, 2022.

FCDOT is conducting a traffic analysis between Tysons and downtown McLean. To address existing conditions, the team has evaluated short-term solutions that could be implemented in the next 10 or more years. The intersections evaluated in the study include:
FCDOT also is considering longer-term solutions that include interchanges at the Great Falls Street/Lewinsville Road intersection and the intersection with Old Dominion Drive.
The FCDOT team presented these options, traffic models, benefits and potential impacts at the meeting on June 13. The team is seeking feedback from the community regarding desired short- and long-term solutions.
