Attendees will be muted during the duration of the meeting and will not be able to unmute themselves at any time. At the appropriate time on the agenda, attendees will have the opportunity to ask County staff and panelists questions. If you can, please use headphones or ear buds to cut down on feedback and provide a better audio experience. To ask a question, use the “Q&A” feature:
- Open the “Q&A” window.
- Type in your question.
- County staff will read each question aloud and answer accordingly as time allows.
If you are calling in via telephone, to ask a question:
- Press *3 to "raise" your hand and to be added to the queue. When it is your turn you will hear the sentence "your line has been unmuted" after which you will be able to ask your question.
- You will then be asked to press *3 again to “unraise” it and you will be muted (this is to avoid echo and feedback due to the number of participants). If you have additional questions, staff will go through the queue and repeat the process as time allows.
