Need help finding a roommate, but don’t how or what to do?
Looking for an opportunity to meet potential roommates in a safe, comfortable setting?
Need tips on interviewing roommates, understanding/creating roommate agreements, and information about housing options?
Integrated, independent housing can be difficult to find for people in the Settlement Agreement Population and people with disabilities in general. Challenges include finding affordable housing, obtaining the right supports, and finding a roommate. The Northern Virginia Housing and Supportive Services Regional Implementation Team designed the Roommate i-Match Survey and the Roommate i-Match Expo to help address these challenges.
